With this vision in mind, BabeliUM\u2019s mission aims at transforming the University of Minho into a multilingual university opened to the the Council of Europe and the European Union, as well as with the USA recommendations (European Universit y Association), with a view to promoting the University of Minho:<\/p><ul><li>As internationalised university, open to the plurality of languages and cultures;<\/li><li>As a vital element of a region of knowledge and culture.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">All are
