The bus lines 601 and 604 take you directly from the airport to the centre of Porto (every 20 minutes). A one-way ticket costs around €1,90.
You can also take the Subway. Line E (purple) connects the airport to one of Porto’s train stations (Campanhã) and/or to the bus stop of Trindade. The trip takes about 35 minutes and costs €1.90. From the city centre, there are many ways you can get to Braga:
Bus: non-stop connections to Braga are available in the city centre every 30 minutes/1 hour, on Rua Alfredo Magalhães.
Train: from the centre of Porto, students can take the train to Braga, whether in São Bento Station or in Campanhã Station (every hour). The trip takes about 1 hour.
When in Braga, it is best to take a taxi to the University Residence Hall (if you have reservations there).
Whether by train or by bus, the trip to Braga costs around €10.00.
